Baguatherapies provides Traditional Chinese Medicine services including acupuncture, cupping therapy, herbal medicine, dietary advice, and wellness retreats. All treatments are provided by qualified practitioners registered with the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).
Appointments can be made via our website, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance as availability is limited. A confirmation will be sent upon booking. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and missed appointments may be charged at the full treatment fee. Retreat bookings are subject to separate cancellation terms outlined in your retreat booking agreement.
Prices for treatments and retreats are as displayed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and cash. Retreat deposits are non-refundable as specified in the retreat booking terms.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate health information before treatment. We maintain strict hygiene standards and use single-use sterile needles. If you have any concerns about your fitness for treatment, please consult your GP beforehand.
